278L/75 Gallon – Big Café

Our Big Café Tank is a slightly larger version of our 230 Litre/61 gallon tank and is in wide use by bakeries and larger kitchens. This tank is ideal for most baking trays, bread straps, oven racks, larger hood filters and stainless broilers along with everyday other cook wares.

Convenient size allows this tank to fit under most kitchen counters, however its weight when full may make this tank difficult to move. We recommend the Big Café tank to be a stand-alone unit and contents easy accessible. The Big Café should not be moved once it is in the desired position.

Allows for easy servicing if required and is a very reliable and easy to maintain soak tank.

Tank Includes water proof on/off switch, digital indicator lights; temperature controls along with an easy tank release mechanism to empty contents into floor drain.
